Syarat dan lakunya:

1. Puasa 3 hari dimulai pas hari Selasa Kliwon.

2. Selama puasa amalan di atas dibaca sebanyak 13 kali, kemudian diteruskan dengan mewiridkan YA KHOBIIR sebanyak 812 kali.

3. Selama berpuasa harus mendirikan sholat hajat di tengah malam. Selesai sholat dua rakaat mewiridkan Istigfar sebanyak 1000 kali, dilanjutkan dengan membaca Sholawat sebanyak 100 kali, serta membaca amalan di atas sebanyak 13 kali, lalu ditutup dengan wirid YA KHOBIIR sebanyak 812 kali.
