news : The City Urban Management Bureau announced this week that workers with grass-root Sanitation Outposts across the city would be organized and sent out before July 13 to communities and entities to collect questionnaire papers of tap water fees and garbage treatment charges. In the process of stipulating a new charging standard of agglomerated garbage treatment and tap water fees, the bureau hopes to collect public opinions from local residents.
